About Jay

In 1994 at 12 years old, I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm that destroyed a quarter of my brain. With no roadmap for recovery, I spent the first 15 years navigating uncharted territory, determined to rebuild my life and rediscover my potential.


Despite the setback, I returned home and resumed school within months. How? By incorporating activities I loved into my rehabilitation. These passions became the foundation of my recovery, fueling my motivation to reclaim the life I had almost lost.


That resilience has carried me through life’s toughest challenges. I played soccer on the U.S. Paralympic National Team while balancing a full college course load.


These transformative experiences taught me how to adapt, persevere, and thrive in the face of adversity. I learned that resilience isn’t just about enduring challenges, it’s about turning them into opportunities for growth, reinvention, and empowerment.


Today, I share strategies to help individuals and organizations overcome obstacles and thrive through change. Whether you’re facing daily stresses or navigating major setbacks, I help clients build the mindset and tools to adapt seamlessly and succeed.


As a certified meditation and breathwork instructor, I am passionate about guiding others to unlock their full potential. Through practices like mindfulness, meditation, pranayama, and performance breathing, I help individuals and groups strengthen resilience, achieve balance, and embrace their natural flow.


In addition to personalized sessions, I specialize in resilience training and offer customized corporate wellness workshops designed to boost employee wellbeing, productivity, and adaptability in today’s fast-paced professional environments.
